Operations Manager

Hello there! My name is Jacob, and I am a operations manager and quality assurance supervisor here at Invader Pest Management. I grew up in Surprise, AZ where I still live to this day, and I began working in the industry in 2003. My favorite thing about working in the pest control industry is that each day brings a different challenge. Each day is different from the next, and we are always learning something new to better serve our customers. When I’m with my coworkers, I love teaching them something new that they can apply to their mental toolbox. We have a high quality work environment here at Invader because the owner provides us with everything we need to succeed in an ever-changing industry. Our expert training gives our technicians the knowledge to grow and ensure our customers receive the best experience.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy watching my sons play sports. I also enjoy the outdoors by going camping, hunting, and fishing. We have a dog and a cat. I also serve in the Arizona Army National Guard as a Staff Sergeant and I give them a weekend a month and two weeks a year in the summer.
