Barbara Willey

Hi there! I am Barb, and I am the co-owner and Vice President of Invader Pest Management. I have been in the pest control industry alongside my husband since 1994. Most of my time is spent doing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, handling the fun stuff that has to get done. I’m more the behind-the-scenes queen, as I don’t enjoy handling the phones, especially with the volume of calls that continually keeps growing. I do have my Industrial/Institutional (General Pest) license, and in the beginning helped Fred in the field on special occasions – mostly the nasty jobs, like cleaning bird poo off of roofs, yuck! I’m pretty blessed to stay in my office and do the billing nowadays!

My passion is cats! I have worked with Phoenix TNR program to control the feral cat population in a humane way. Over the years, I’ve kept a few (don’t ask, even Fred doesn’t know how many)! I love going to plays, wine tasting, having a nice massage, hiking AZ trails and spending lots of time outdoors.
